1. Tell me how you’re doing 1 day after your session
It lets me know where you are in the process and helps me provide better support. If you have questions, please ask me.
2. Give change time to happen
There is a transition period between your session and the formation of your new behaviors, thoughts, and feelings. Give the process time to work for you so you don’t have to work so hard.
3. Update me when you feel settled
I always look forward to celebrating the wonderful changes that happen in your life. A good time to check back-in with me is usually 1-3 months after your session. Let me know if you have any questions about the process.
